Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 100 g blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Knead the shortcrust pastry and let it rest for 1/2 hour.
  2. In the meantime, peel and core the apples, cut into slices and sauté in a little butter. Add blackberries and thicken with a little mondamine.
  3. Divide the dough in half, roll both out thinly.
  4. Butter and flour a flat cake tin and place a sheet of dough in it, pull up the edge. Pour in the apple mixture, cover with the other sheet of pastry. Lay the edges well on top of each other and press down. Pierce a few holes with a sharp knife to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake at 200 ° C for about 1/2 hour. Serve warm with vanilla sauce or serve with vanilla ice cream.
