Ingredients

  • 2 pork fillet (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 glass mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying
  • some nutmeg
  • Butter for frying
  • Chives or parsley, for the garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into pieces that are not too thin. Whisk 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper. Roll the pieces of meat in it and then turn them in breadcrumbs. Fry the pieces briefly (approx. 2 minutes) on each side in hot fat. Put in a baking dish.
  2. Dice the onions and sauté until translucent. Cut the ham into small cubes. Mix the onions and ham and sprinkle over and between the meat.
  3. Prepare a sauce from the cream, the juice from a glass of mushrooms and a level tablespoon of Mondamin (stir cold), a little salt and a little nutmeg. Stir while heating, bring to the boil, season to taste and pour over the meat.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour at 200 degrees. Fry the chopped mushrooms in butter and sprinkle over them just before removing them from the oven.
  5. Garnish with a little chives or parsley. The preparation (with the exception of the baking process) is recommended the day before.
