  • 500 g pork loin (s)
  • 3 banana (s)
  • 2 apples
  • a bit salt
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons curry paste
  • some cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

  1. Season the loin and fry lightly on all sides. Cut into slices and place in an ovenproof dish. Chop the bananas and apples and spread them on the meat. Mix the cream with tomato paste, curry and a little salt and pour over. Bake in the oven at 220 ° C for 30 minutes.
