Ingredients

  • 300 g fillet (s) pork, beef or turkey
  • 3 banana (s)
  • 1 point peas (TK)
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. Take out of the pan and set aside.
  2. Put butter in the pan and brown the sliced bananas in it. Add the curry, the cream and the peas. Bring to the boil briefly and put the meat back in the pan.
  3. Rice is served with it.
