  • 250 g minced meat, mixed or poultry
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 grams bacon
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Slice the turkey breast so that you get a large flat piece. Place the meat between foil and pound it flat and thin with a plating iron or a pasta roll.
  2. Place the bacon on a piece of aluminum foil so that it is the size of the turkey breast. Place the meat on the bacon and season.
  3. Season the minced meat well with salt, pepper and paprika and knead with the cream.
  4. Spread the farce over the turkey breast, leaving a strip of the turkey breast to stand.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into strips, then distribute it in the middle on the minced meat.
  6. Roll up the aluminum foil with the bacon and the meat firmly from the long side, the strip without filling should lie over the roll. Close the aluminum foil tightly at the ends.
  7. Place the roll in a baking dish and pour some water over it. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and cook the turkey breast for about 1 hour.
  8. Let the turkey breast cool in the aluminum foil at room temperature and wrap it out the next day.
  9. Fry the roll in a coated pan until crispy on all sides, allow to cool and cut into thin slices on a slicer.
  10. The dish is intended for a buffet.
