- 200 g fish fillet (s)
- 500 g spinach leaves (frozen)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 lemon (s), the juice it
- 80 g sour cream
- 40 ml milk
- 30 g parmesan, rated
- parsley
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Drizzle the fish fillet with the lemon juice. Salt, pepper and let stand for at least 20 minutes so that it can permeate.
- Peel and chop the onion and fry in oil until translucent. Add the spinach leaves until completely thawed. Stew on low heat for about 5 minutes. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix the sour cream with the milk, add the parmesan and season with a little parsley, salt and pepper.
- Put the spinach in a baking dish, portion the fish on it and brush it with the mixture of sour cream, milk and Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
- Potatoes in any variation go well with this. We like potato - cheese - rösti with it best.
