  • 300 g Maultaschen with cream cheese fillin, approx. 6 pieces
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 230 g creamed spinach
  • 3 teaspoon parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the dumplings until they are al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then cut into strips.
  2. Mix the thawed creamed spinach with the eggs, spices and parmesan. Put the spinach mixture in a greased casserole dish and put the Maultaschen strips out of it.
  3. Bake at 225 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes on the middle rack.
