Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 g blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, possibly more
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Put the flour on a pastry board. Add milk and salt and work into a strudel dough.
  2. Roll out thin pieces the size of a cake plate and brush with sour cream. Cover the flatbreads with the sugared blueberries, roll them up or beat up the dough.
  3. Put the butter, the beaten egg and the milk in a roasting pan and heat up. Put in the Maultaschen (not too tight).
  4. Bake time approx. 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Overturn the Maultaschen, sprinkle with sugar, let cool down a little and separate them from each other.
