Ingredients

  • 1 pack dumplings (6 pieces, refrigerated shelf), with meat filling
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium bell pepper (s)
  • 1 large leek stick (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Maultaschen in boiling salted water for approx. 3-4 minutes. Then drain and drain.
  2. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Wash the peppers and cut them into large pieces. Cut the leek into strips and wash.
  3. Halve the dumplings diagonally and heat the oil in a pan. Fry the ravioli in it, then remove it. Now fry the vegetables in the frying fat and add the Maultaschen again. Deglaze with 1/8 l water and stir in the broth. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wash the chives, cut into rolls and stir into the sour cream. Put the sour cream as a blob on the Maultaschen and serve immediately.
