Ingredients

  • 1 pack dumplings filled with beef
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red or yellow, roughly diced
  • 1 zucchini, roughly diced
  • 175 g tomato (s), eihthed
  • 1 onion (s), medium-sized, roughly diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 ml tomato puree
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • Herbs, e.g. basil, mint, oregano, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil into the pan. Steam the onions in it until translucent. Cut the ravioli into finger-thick strips and add. Then add the garlic, zucchini, paprika and tomatoes and simmer, putting the lid on. After about 5 minutes add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and sugar. If you like, you can now add the chopped herbs. Stir and simmer again with the lid closed.
