  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. First you have to let the fish fingers defrost, during which time it is best to wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces. Halve the fish fingers and place them alternately with the peppers on 8 skewers, proceed in this way until all 8 skewers are ready.
