Ingredients

  • 3 fish fillet (s) (tilapia), fresh (approx. 200 gr. Per person)
  • 1 bunch herbs, mixed from the garden
  • 1 bell pepper (s), (pointed bell pepper) yellow
  • 1 bell pepper (s), (pointed bell pepper) red
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon oil, hazelnut oil
  • 3 small chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 3 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 teaspoons goat cream cheese
  • 1 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Brush 1 piece of aluminum foil, approx. 50 cm long, with 1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil, place 2 thin slices of tomato on top.
  2. Drizzle the tilapia fillet with hazelnut oil on both sides, season with salt and pepper, place in the middle of the aluminum foil on the tomato slices and brush with a teaspoon each of mustard and goat`s cream cheese.
  3. Place 1 lemon slice on top, add 1 onion piece, 2-3 wafer-thin slices of garlic, paprika (cut into thin strips beforehand) and a whole chilli pepper each with the herbs on top.
  4. My garden gave me the following: one branch each of normal sage, pineapple sage, ginger mint, thyme and Turkish mint.
  5. Twist the aluminum foil together in the form of a large candy and cook the parcels at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes.
