Fish in Moroccan

Many housewives do not like to cook fish, because there is a lot of trouble. My mother-in-law is no exception. Therefore, she does not cook fish at all, and I have a place to demonstrate my own culinary talents. But I am also lazy, so I have found for myself “my own” recipes that are not burdensome in terms of strength and time. Here’s how this baked fish recipe is.

Ingredients

  • Fillet of white sea fish – 500 g
  • Sweet, yellow, or red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc. (large)
  • Hot green pepper (if necessary, replaced with chopped hot pepper)
  • Garlic – 10 cloves
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Wash the fish fillets, dry, if necessary, cut into portions. Peel and cut vegetables: peppers – stripes, garlic, and carrots – slices, chop parsley. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Put the carrots in a fireproof dish, then sweet and hot peppers.
  3. Then add half the garlic (and chopped cilantro, if any; in Italy, it is not, I’m not destiny). Then the fish. Season with salt and sprinkle with the remaining garlic.
  4. Then sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of olive oil with 4 tbsp of water and paprika. Pour the sauce over the fish.
  6. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
