  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 5 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, yoghurt, the cup ingredients, ground almonds, baking powder and salt until creamy.
  2. Pour into a greased springform pan, smooth out, sprinkle with the flaked almonds and bake at 165 ° C for about 35 minutes.
  3. Heat the honey (the easiest way to do this is in the microwave for a few seconds) and pour it over the hot cake. I leave it in the mold until it cools down (there is less mess).
