Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 large carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g cottae cheese or rainy cream cheese
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 dash vinegar (brandy vinegar) or white balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Herbs, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Cut the red pepper, cucumber and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl and season with black pepper.
  2. Now stir in the cottage cheese, vinegar, olive oil, herbal salt and herbs and mix into the salad. Let it steep a little.
  3. Halve the party tomatoes and mix in just before serving.
  4. In winter, when the tomatoes have little taste, I add a little salt to the halves.
  5. But that is up to you.
