  • 300 g hot peppers, (roast peppers)
  • lots olive oil
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, peeled and diced
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and remove the stalk as they are not used as finger food. The small kernels can, however, remain in the pod and can be eaten with them! Fry in hot olive oil for about 10 minutes. Season with garlic, coarse salt and pepper.
