Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms, closed, sliced
  • 1 small onion (s), sliced
  • 50 g suar peas
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame, roasted, optional

For the sauce mix:

  • 3 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow chili oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms, then cut them into thin slices.
  2. 2. Heat the wok to medium heat, then add the oil, ginger and onion. Fry for a minute, then add mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the sauce mixture and the sugar peas and cook for 5 minutes. Then serve with toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
