Ingredients
- 500 g chicken or turkey breast
For the marinade:
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
Also:
- 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 250 g Mie noodles
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
- 1 small Can (s) mung bean seedlings
Also: for the scrambled eggs
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate in soy sauce and sambal oelek for at least 60 minutes.
- Pre-cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
- Process the eggs with soy sauce into scrambled eggs and take them out of the pan again.
- Now fry the meat in oil, sesame oil and soy sauce and add the vegetables. Fry everything together for about 10 minutes. Then add the pasta and fry for another 10 minutes. Season everything with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Then add the scrambled eggs.
- You can also use fresh vegetables. Instead of poultry, you can also use meat or fish. The vegetables can also be varied, for example I like to use donut carrots, broccoli or corn in the dish.
