Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams flour

For covering:

  • 1 liter fruit
  • 3 egg whites, for the meringue topping
  • 90 g suar, for the merinue toppin

Instructions

  1. Beat butter with sugar until frothy. Mix everything together and put in a mold, cover well with raw fruit (if too much liquid, add some semolina). Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  2. Beat the 3 egg whites with 90 g sugar until stiff. Spread on the hot cake, bake for another 10 minutes.
