Fruit Salad “Health” with Carrots and Apples

I remember this wonderful sweet salad of apples and carrots from childhood – my mother made it for me. And now I am preparing such a carrot and apple salad for my son.
Cook: 15 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Carrots – 1 pc. (150-200 g)
- Apple – 1 pc. (100-150 g)
- Sour cream – 2-3 tbsp
- Raisins – 1-2 tbsp
- Sugar (optional) – to taste
Direction
- My raisins, pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel carrots, wash, grate on a coarse grater.
- Wash the apple, peel from seeds, grate on a coarse grater.
- Lay out everything in layers. Place the carrots first. Then put the apple on half or two-thirds of the carrots. Put the sour cream on top so that the apple looks out. Sprinkle raisins on the apple-carrot salad.
- If the carrot or apple isn’t very sweet, you can sprinkle sugar on the apple and carrot salad.
