- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- Sugar or liquid sweetener

- Peel the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces, mix the sour cream with vanilla sugar and, if necessary, sweeten with sweetener or sugar. Mix everything together carefully. Either plaster it straight away or leave it to steep in the refrigerator, but then make sure that all the banana pieces are covered with cream, otherwise they will turn brown.
