- 1 point lamb`s lettuce
- 1 large apple, red, firm (Braeburn)
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard, mild
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- Wash, clean and spin the lettuce. Wash the apple, cut into eighths and cut into pieces approx. 5 mm thick. Put in a bowl with the salad. Mix the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold in.
