Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoon yeast (dry yeast)
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 40 g mararine / semi-fat, melted
  • 120 ml milk 0.3%, warm

For covering:

  • 500 g fruit your choice (berries, apples or pears (diced), etc

For the cast:

  • 30 g cream cheese 0.2%
  • 100 ml milk 0.3%
  • 1 sachet sauce powder, vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sweetener, as needed

Instructions

  1. For the dough, add flour to the bowl, leave a well in the middle and place the margarine on the edge, flakes at a time.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk with the sugar. Then pour the yeast milk into the hollow and knead with the flour and margarine to form a smooth dough. Then put the dough in a springform pan (26cm) lined with baking paper, forming an edge. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. For the topping of the fruit (depending on which one you like), wash, peel, cut into small pieces and spread on the dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat, 180 ° C hot air.
  5. Then mix the milk with the cream cheese and the sauce powder for the icing, season with sweetener and pour over the fruit.
  6. Put in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  7. The cake has a total of 20.5 pts - divided by 12 = 1.7 so 2 pts per piece.
