- 1 stick cinnamon

- Prepare a liter of fruit tea. Add the juice of two oranges to the hot tea. Remove the peel from a slice of the lemon and lard the slice with the cloves. Squeeze out the rest, also add. Add the cinnamon stick and the clove-lemon wedge. Sweeten with honey to taste.
