- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brandy vinegar
- 3 tablespoons kefir or yogurt mixed with milk
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- garlic
- possibly sunflower seeds
- possibly orange juice

- Finely grate the carrot and apple. Mix the kefir, oil, vinegar and the spices in a separate bowl, then pour the dressing over the grated apple and carrot and let it steep for a moment.
- Tip: If you like, you can roast a pair of sunflower seeds and add them, or add some orange juice to the dressing.
