Ingredients
- 125 ml cola
- 3 tablespoon applesauce
- 6 cl vinegar, spicy (e.g. from pickled peppers)
- 400 ml tomato (s), passed
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon sauce, spicy (e.g. Sriracha)

- Heat the cola and reduce to about 1/4 the amount, then add the spicy vinegar and all other liquid ingredients, simmer for about 5 minutes, remove from the stove and stir in the curry powder.
- Sufficient for approx. 8-10 sausages.
