Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 cubes broth
  • 250 g basmati
  • 750 g water, warm
  • 250 g liquid (cookin liquid)
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 1 can fruits (cocktail fruits) with juice
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 teaspoons curry

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips approx. 1 cm wide and place in the shelf of the Varoma. Put the stock cube in the mixing bowl. Hang the basmati rice in the cooking insert in the mixing bowl. Pour warm water over the rice into the pot.
  2. Place the Varoma on the lid and set it to Varoma level 2 for 15 minutes. Put the Varoma and the cooking liquid aside.
  3. Pour 250 g of the cooking liquid with the sweet cream, the juice from the can, flour, salt and curry into the mixing bowl and cook for 2 minutes at 100 ° C on level 4. Add the fruit to the sauce and let it warm up for 1 minute. Do not turn on the TM anymore!
  4. In the meantime, put the chicken breast fillet pieces in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Add the rice.
