Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breasts
  • Oil (olive oil) for frying
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste or curry powder
  • Rice or pasta as a side dish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into very large cubes and fry brown all over in a saucepan in a little oil and remove. Put the onion in the saucepan and sauté in the butter. Steam or dissolve with the lid closed (takes at least 15 minutes). Then add the curry and the tomatoes with the juice. Cover the meat and let the whole thing stew for about 30 minutes.
  2. We serve the chicken curry with rice or noodles.
