- 120 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 0.5 ½ cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 2 tablespoon cheese, grated (light product)
- 125 ml milk (1.5%)
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- parsley
- nutmeg

- Cook the cauliflower florets in salted water. Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry well in the oil. Scatter the flour on top and stir everything well.
- Add the milk while stirring and bring to the boil briefly. Add the grated cheese and season with the spices. Mix the sauce with the cauliflower and serve sprinkled with parsley.
