Chicken in Tomato Wine Sauce

Instructions

Salt and pepper the fillets and fry them in hot oil. After frying, remove the fillets from the pan, reduce the heat and sauté the diced onions for a few minutes. Add thyme and squeeze garlic, let sweat together for another minute.
Then deglaze with wine, add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Place the chicken fillets in the sauce and simmer for about 25 minutes over medium heat with the lid closed.
At the end add the lemon juice, season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Thicken the sauce to taste.
Herbal rice goes very well with it.
