Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
- 1 apple, red, finely diced
- 1 cucumber (s), finely diced
- 1 bunch spring onions, cut into rings
- 1 small Can corn
For the sauce:
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill, fresh, finely chopped or dried
- salt and pepper

- Put the apple, bell pepper, cucumber and spring onions in a bowl. Drain the corn and add it.
- Mix the low-fat quark with dill and sour cream in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix with the salad ingredients and let the salad stand for at least 2 hours.
- This salad is just the thing for summer. It tastes good for grilling or just as a light meal.
