Set aside a few berries for garnish. Use a hand blender to puree the rest of the berries together with 500 ml of water. Then strain through a fine sieve into a small saucepan. Add sugar and a pinch of salt and heat over medium heat. When the puree boils, carefully fold in the semolina. Let the puree simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir constantly until it thickens.
Divide the puree between two bowls and let cool for about 5 minutes. Finally, garnish with berries and yogurt as desired.
