Ingredients
- 2 lemon (s), juice it
- 2 vanilla pod (s)
- 2 onion (s), red
- 3 grapefruit (s), pink
- 8 medium tomato (s), ripe and firm
- 800 g melon (s) (water)
- 1 tablespoon coriander greens
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Bring lemon juice, vanilla pulp and sugar to the boil in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then mix with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the onion into fine rings, fillet the grapefruit, dice the tomatoes and watermelon, mix everything well and marinate with the dressing. Finely chop the herbs and fold in.
- Enjoy with ciabatta and cool white wine.
