Ingredients
- 6 tomato (s) (roma tomatoes)
- 2 onions)
- 1 lettuce heart (s)
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- some sweetener, liquid
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- some basil, dried or fresh
- some oregano, dried or fresh

- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut the tomatoes into slices. Wash the lettuce heart and cut into small strips. Peel the onions and cut into half rings.
- Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the water, oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sweetener, salt, pepper and herbs together and pour over the tomatoes.
- Mix together and let it steep in the refrigerator.
