  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 400 ml vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 400 ml white wine
  • 400 ml cream
  • 3 potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Creme fraiche Cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic and sauté with oil. Do not let it turn brown, as the garlic will bitterly acknowledge this. Rinse with broth, add wine and cream and simmer for about 90 minutes.
  2. Boil and peel potatoes on the side, they will later be used to thicken the soup.
  3. After 90 minutes, the whole thing should be chopped up with a whisk, gradually chopped up the potatoes until the desired consistency is reached, seasoned with salt and pepper and served with a little creme fraiche.
