Garlic Tomato Chutney

The recipe for the preparation of a traditional Indian sauce for meat, which will make each dish a real delicacy.

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 6-8 Cloves
  • Onion – 1/4 Cup
  • Green onions – 1
  • Red hot peppers – 2 Pieces
  • Tomato – 1 Glass
  • Cilantro – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Olive oil – 1
  • Salt – – To taste

Directions

  1. Soak red pepper, if using dry or with disposable gloves, grind fresh chili.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and crushed garlic, simmer over low heat for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are golden brown.
  3. Add pepper and salt to the pan and simmer again for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10-12 minutes until they become very soft and crinkle easily.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool.
  6. Add cilantro and green onions, stir and serve chutney with any meat dishes
