Ingredients

  • 750 g tomato (s)
  • 250 g onion (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 carnation (s)
  • 150 ml vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Scald tomatoes, rinse and peel them. Quarter and remove the stones. Then roll the dice. Finely chop the onion, core and cut the chilli peppers. Heat the oil in a larger saucepan and fry the onions until translucent. Add tomatoes, chilli, spices, vinegar and sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Let the finished chutney cool down well and pour it into a glass with a screw cap.
