Ingredients
- 6 chestnuts
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon jam (rose hip jam)
- 150 g natural yourt
- 100 g cream
- Cocoa powder

- Peel and halve the chestnuts and heat the butter in a pan, add the sugar and chestnuts. Caramelize the whole thing lightly (light brown).
- Briefly whip the cream (not stiff), add the yoghurt and rose hip jam and mix well.
- Spread the rose hip and yoghurt foam on two well-chilled plates in the middle, spread the glazed chestnuts on top and dust with a little cocoa powder.
