  • 500 g beef soup meat
  • 2 liters water
  • 500 g beans
  • 4 large potato (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 0.5 ½ scoop celery
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • butter
  • Flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the beef in the water with salt for 1/2 hour. The chipped
  2. Add beans, cook for another 30 minutes.
  3. Dice the potatoes and celery, cut the leek into rings, add and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Sweat the flour in butter (the amount depends on how thick you want the soup to be). Add to the soup, stir well, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Roast the bacon, add to the soup, season as needed.
