Ingredients
- 500 g beef soup meat
- 2 liters water
- 500 g beans
- 4 large potato (s)
- 1 leek
- 0.5 ½ scoop celery
- 150 g bacon, diced
- butter
- Flour
- salt

- Boil the beef in the water with salt for 1/2 hour. The chipped
- Add beans, cook for another 30 minutes.
- Dice the potatoes and celery, cut the leek into rings, add and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Sweat the flour in butter (the amount depends on how thick you want the soup to be). Add to the soup, stir well, cook for 5 minutes.
- Roast the bacon, add to the soup, season as needed.
