Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 8 tablespoon oil
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder and 2 teaspoons in addition
For covering:
- 500 g apple compote
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
For the sprinkles:
- 300 grams flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g mararine
