- 300 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 6 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- cinnamon and sugar

- First, beat the butter (room temperature) and sugar until the sugar has dissolved to some extent and the mixture is very light. Then stir in the eggs.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into the egg and butter mixture. Stir everything briefly until the flour is evenly distributed and put it in a springform pan that has been lined with baking paper beforehand. Then sprinkle the dough thickly with a cinnamon-sugar mixture and put flakes of butter on top.
- Bake everything at 175 degrees (electric stove) for 45 minutes or until the cake is golden-brown.
