Ingredients
- 50 g cheese (Harz cheese)
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 tablespoon tuna, pickled in its own juice
- 5 olives, green
- 0.5 ½ pack spices for salad
- 1 tablespoon water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar

- Clean the pepper, peel the onion and wash the tomatoes. Cut the Harz cheese, bell pepper and onion into cubes. Quarter the tomatoes, pick the tuna and halve the olives. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- Mix the vinegar, spice mixture, water, salt and pepper into a dressing and pour over the salad.
- Arrange the salad on a plate and serve.
- Serve with bread.
