- 0.25 liter ¼ cream
- 6 egg whites
- 250 g butter
- 350 grams sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 375 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g chocolate flakes

- Whip the cream until stiff and beat the snow out of the egg white.
- Beat the butter until frothy, then stir in the sugar and egg yolks. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir into the dough a spoonful at a time. Now fold in the stiff egg whites and then fold in the stiffly whipped cream and grated chocolate. Pour the batter into a greased ring cake pan.
