Ingredients
- 2 liters water
- 5 tablespoon durum wheat semolina
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon soup seasoning
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Maggi

- Put the water with salt in a saucepan and let it boil first. Then add the soup spices and semolina. Bring to the boil until the soup thickens. Whisk the egg in a cup and add to the soup, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil again, stirring, until it is ready to serve after about 10 minutes of cooking.
- Serve the soup and if you like, you can add Maggi to taste.
