Ingredients
- 1 kg jacket potato (s), cooked
- 1 ring / s meat sausage, (approx. 650 g)
- 2 large onions
- 5 small pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 apple
- 0.5 ½ glass salad mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 150 g natural yourt
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some cucumber liquid
- possibly parsley, for garnish

- Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into thick slices, set aside.
- Peel the onions and the apple and cut them into small cubes, peel the meat sausage and also cut into small cubes. Quarter the cucumber and cut into cubes. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and natural yoghurt together. Season everything vigorously with salt, pepper, paprika and a little cucumber water, place in the bowl with the finely chopped ingredients and mix everything well, now add the potatoes and mix in.
- Let it flow well, preferably overnight. Sprinkle the salad with fresh parsley if necessary.
