Ingredients
- Oil for the mold
- possibly powdered sugar for sprinkling
For the dough:
- 150 g flour, handy
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 120 g butter, soft
- 60 g suar (ranulated suar)
- 2 pinches baking powder
- 1 shot rum, 38% vol.
For the filling:
- 700 g apples, sour, e.., Boskoop or Elstar
- some lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raisins, optional
For the sprinkles:
- 100 grams flour
- 75 g butter, room temperature
- 50 g suar (ranulated suar)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon, if possible Ceylon cinnamon

- Knead all the dough ingredients until smooth, put the dough in an oiled springform pan and pull up a little at the edge.
- Cut the apples into pieces and drizzle with a little lemon juice so that they don`t turn brown right away. Mix with the raisins and cover the dough with it.
- Knead the ingredients for the crumbles by hand until they are crumbly and distribute them on the apples.
- Bake the cake at 180 ° C for 40 - 50 minutes. Allow to cool and, if desired, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
