- 2 cups crème fraîche
- 0.5 kg ½ bacon, diced
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 packs pizza dough
- 1 pinch (s) caraway seeds

- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and form an edge approx. 1.5 cm high. Sweat the onions in a little butter. Fry the bacon and mix with the onions. Whisk the creme fraîche and the 2 eggs and fold into the onion mixture.
- Spread the whole thing on the pizza dough. A pinch of caraway seeds spread over the onion cake rounds off the whole thing.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 1 hour. Let cool for about 30 minutes, then serve with a good sip of wine.
