We offer a smoothie recipe with frozen grapes and grape juice that can be prepared at any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • Chilled grape juice – 1/2 cup
  • Natural yogurt (medium fat content) – 1/4 cup
  • Red grapes (frozen) seedless – 1 cup

Directions

  1. In a blender, mix grape juice, yogurt, and grapes until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
