Ingredients
- 1 apple, green (e.g. Granny Smith), washed, cored, diced
- 0.3 Pineapple, cleaned, cut into cubes
- 1 handful spinach, raw, washed thoroughly
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 piece (s) ginger (small ), can be omitted
- mineral water
- 1 dash lemon juice or lime juice
- possibly mint, fresh

- In a small bowl, drizzle the apple pieces with lemon or lime juice and stir to keep their beautiful green color. Then put all ingredients in a good blender and puree. Shake the mixer a little from time to time or turn it off and stir with a spatula.
- Add mineral water to the desired consistency and mix in as well. If you prefer frozen smoothies, you can also freeze the apples and pineapples after preparation.
- The quantities can of course be adjusted to suit your own taste. So if you prefer more apples or another ingredient, you are welcome to go all out.
- The ginger goes very well if you like it a little more spicy. For some, a few mint leaves would be a nice option, but you have to like them.
