Ingredients

  • 30 g wheatrass
  • 1 medium banana (s), ripe (0 g net each)
  • 2 kiwi (s), ripe (90 g each net)
  • 240 g ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon linseed oil
  • 1 lemon wedge (s), peeled

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the banana, kiwi fruit and the lemon wedge as well as the wheatgrass and place in the blender with the remaining ingredients. Mix until you have a creamy smoothie.
  2. Divide between 2 glasses and drink immediately. Alternatively, you can fill the smoothie into a brown or green bottle and store it in the refrigerator for a day.
  3. Small note about wheatgrass:
  4. I pull the wheatgrass myself from about 2 tablespoon organic wheat (the wheat must be capable of germinating, so you should use organic quality). Soak the wheat in water for 12 hours and then let it germinate in the germinator for 7-10 days. Rinse twice a day.
